Mentors – Always there to help!

Our mentors are specially selected members of our community who are very experienced and have shown themselves to be trustworthy through their behaviour in-game and in our forums.

Mentors are there to help other players, offering advice and answering questions in forum threads and generally being available in many different situations.

Thanks to their deep knowledge of the game mentors are able to help players with whatever problems they may be experiencing and also keep them abreast of all the latest news and information.

Another important characteristic of a mentor is their neutrality – mentors will never show preference for, or prejudice against, any individual players, groups of players, or guilds.

When required, mentors can close or move forum threads or bring forum entries covering the same topics together.

Please bear in mind that mentors are in close contact with the team here at Frogster and have certain contractual obligations. Their statements have often been approved by the official Frogster team. We therefore ask you to treat our mentors, and in fact all users, with respect.
